At Mrunal Anita, we create slow-fashion pieces made with attention to detail, curated designs, and quality materials. Since most products are crafted on order, this policy outlines our return, replacement, and refund process clearly.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges as each product is made-to-order. If you receive a wrong size from our side, damaged product, or defective item, you may request a replacement. To request a replacement, please email us at connect@sandybrown-rail-728018.hostingersite.com within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with clear images of the issue. The product must be unused, unwashed, and have all tags intact to qualify. Products showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused by customer handling will not qualify.
Refunds
Refunds are only applicable if we are unable to fulfil the order from our end. If a replacement is not possible due to unavailable stock, discontinued style, or manufacturing issue, we may provide a refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, changed, modified, or refunded. Ensure the size, address, and product selection is correct before placing an order. Lost, Missing or Wrong Orders If your order is marked “Delivered” but you have not received it, notify us within 24 hours of the status update so we can raise a claim with our shipping partner. If you receive an incorrect or defective item, share pictures/videos within 24 hours of delivery for review. Replacement will be provided only if the product remains unused and tags/packaging are intact.
Size & Fit Assistance
Since returns for sizing issues are not permitted, please refer to the size chart before placing an order. You may reach out for size guidance prior to ordering. For any doubts, email us or DM us and we will assist with any required custom alterations in sizes before finalizing your order.
Customization Requests
Custom size requests and minor length adjustments are possible for selected products. Customization must be discussed before placing the order. The design and silhouette of the product cannot be altered. If a customer requires their choice of design on any fabric from our collection, it will be considered a fully custom piece from our custom category and will be charged accordingly.
